Material:-
One bowl mock, two boiled and chopped potatoes, two onions, one spoonful of poppy seeds, one spoonful of fresh curd 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, a spoonful of coriander powder, two chopped green chillies, salt to taste, kasoori fenugreek, 1/4 teaspoon sugar.
Recipe:-
Fry the chopped potatoes. After this, fry the fox nuts. Grate onion, tomatoes and green chillies. Launch cream and curd together Now pour some oil or ghee in a pan. Mix the paste on the onion and fry on a low flame.Now mix the curd mixture. After roasting a few seconds add turmeric and coriander powder. When the oil starts leaving the spice, add sugar and kasoori fenugreek in it. Mix roasted fox nuts and potatoes in it. Add a little water as well. Take it off the stove after 2-3 minutes.
