This Crock pot / slow cooker Mississippi chicken dinner recipe is a take on the famous Mississippi pot roast recipe. The ingredients are few and simple. Slow Cooker Mississipi Chicken
INGREDIENTS:
2-3 pounds skinless bone in chicken thighs
6-10 pepperoncini peppers
1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
1 pkg. Au Jus gravy mix
4 tbsp. unsalted butter
Place chicken in crock pot. Sprinkle mixes over chicken. Put butter and peppers on top.
Cook on high setting for 3-4 hours or on low setting for 6-8 hours.
Enjoy.
