Hey guys!
Baked gingerbread is the most popular and particularly popular in Ho Chi Minh City. When I got there, I got really good. Since this dish is not popular in Hanoi so I made it myself and introduce it to you.
It's easy. Let's get started!
Ingredients
- 1 bag of rice paper
- 3 chicken eggs
- 100g of ground pork
- 1 chain pack
- 100 grams onion purple
- 100 grams of green onions
- 100 grams of satay
- 100 ml of Hue sauce
- Chili sauce, cooking oil, mayonaise sauce
Making baked cakes required
- If you cook with the kitchen: Infrared cooker
- If baked with charcoal: grill
- If baking with gas stove: anti-stick pan
Instructions:
- Step 1: Process raw materials: scallions clean, washed and chopped. Garlic peeled, washed, beaten and also chopped. Pork minced to pan over for nine to add less spicy and satay.
- Step 2: Take a bowl, beat the chicken eggs and a little chopped green onions, beat the hands for the eggs completely tan. Then add the cooked pork, mix well. The sausages are sliced and eaten.
• Step 3: Start the glaze: Turn on the stove, let it cook for a while, wait for the pan to heat, add 1 teaspoon of butter, let the butter melted, and evenly spread the pan. When the pan is hot and old, add the rice paper to bake. When you see dry rice rolls, curly edges curved up, then pour the eggs into the pan, spread evenly over the cake. Note, you should pour slowly to prevent eggs from overflowing.
- Step 4: When the surface of the egg is sealed, crispy rice rolls, then continue to slice the sliced sausage onto the cake. Then fold the cake and place it on the plate. Doing so until the end of the raw materials can be off the kitchen.
- Step 5: Enjoy the finished product: Mix 1/2 cup of chilli 1/2 Mayonnaise. Eating when hot is delicious!
