I ran out of time for breakfast this morning...it was so hard to get moving after the holiday! I already had my smoothie ready to go, so I drank it with my lunch salad.
Smoothie ingredients:
Beet greens
Peach
Banana
Water
Salad includes:
Spinach and green leaf lettuce
Leftover chicken from last night
A slice of sugar free bacon (🤗)
Carrots
Celery
Cucumber
Mint
Orange zest
Homemade ranch dressing
I like to eat salad in a Tupperware so I can shake it up to distribute the dressing evenly. Makes every bite tastier!
