Kleftiko- Greek food!!

Among the most popular Greek dishes, kleftiko means "in the style klephts" and refers to the process of cooking over low heat in a hole in the ground once. It is said that Greek outlaws steal a lamb or a goat each cooking their prey in a well closed pit for the fumes to not give him away. Usually kleftiko lamb is done, but there are variants with rabbit or beef. There are many recipes kleftiko: with cuts or marinated in lemon juice and garlic, cheese or with different vegetables
