Looks delicious!! Do u put the bacon in an oven? Or just a regular grill with a tray for the oil to drip in...

    Thanks . Yes in this instance raise it off the baking tray on a grid and then put the whole lot in the oven under grill. Just watch it like a hawk! Turn over and do other side.
