Fondant is a weakness of mine. I always end up eating mine and my wife's fondant. It's like chewy frosting goodness. I always ask for fondant when my birthday rolls around.

If you flavored your fondant minty, you can dip it in melted chocolate, let it harden and you'll get thin Mint candies
You can also cut the fondant and sandwich between cookies, then dip in melted chocolate as well, for variason 😀
