filet mignon grilled to perfection | whipped garlic potatoes | pan-seared sea scallops | chipotle hollandaise | roasted green beans | bacon crumbles
the easiest chipotle hollandaise recipe:
2 Egg Yolks
1 Lemon (juiced)
1 Chipotle pepper and 1 Tbs sauce (from a can of 'chipotle in adobo')
1 Pinch of salt
1 Stick melted butter
Blend all ingredients in a blender and serve immediately
