Here's a Kick A** Smoothie recipe

I will keep this short. This smoothie has it all. Fruit, veggies, protein, and most importantly- Sriracha. I like to use a magic bullet to blend it all together, but you can use a regular blender as well.

Start with ingredients

1 cup / 4 - 6 oz frozen fruit: I picked strawberries because they were the best deal.

1 cup / 1 oz Spinach: I put it in the freezer so that it will keep for more than a week.

A nice dollop (about 1 oz or 1 tbs) of Peanut Butter: my wife chooses JIF.

1 cup of Skim milk (give or take to reach desired thickness): you can pick any milk. I just like to use skim

1 tbs of Sriracha: God's gift to the hot sauce world.

*These ratios are all approximations to give you all a good starting point! I usually just eyeball and go with my gut. Don't worry about being exact. Add or remove a little bit of any of these ingredients until you fund the right ratio for you!

Put that all in a blender. With the magic bullet, I use the large blades to help chop up the frozen fruit. I'm not sure how that translates to other blenders, but I would probably try a medium-high setting and go from there. Blend it until it looks like the smoothie has reached an even color throughout the entire thing and the blender is creating that nice whirlpool effect to indicate the ingredients are evenly mixed and the fruit evenly blended.
