Can't say that I have had the pleasure of enjoying ribbon jello myself, but I am definitely inspired. I am a swallowing therapist and enjoy sharing new ways to increase the visual appeal, safety, flavor, and nutrition of texture-modified foods. The idea to layer different flavors and colors is very attractive and the addition of the milk can also fortify the jello with extra nutrients, while achieving the color contrast your mom created as. I hope to share a dessert recipe that utilizes this soon!
