My wife loves health food and superfoods and juices and stuff. And that’s fine, so i can also eat some healthy things from time to time.
And yesterday she served me a sweet pepper with some quinoa, spinach, cherry tomatoes and chili flavoured haloumi cheese.
Well yes, it looked a bit strange to me also. But actually it wasn’t that bad. Normally it should have been with mozzarella she said. But we didn’t have any, so...
But i must say, i’m always very happy when she serves me something. Since i am cooking for other people all week, it’s nice to get something served.
And healthy also! Win,win!
