I find it fascinating to capture the reality and the honesty of some food... whilst mainstream will get pious about this and look down on it I wonder if they ever think about their meat pie or slice of pressed ham and be honest with themselves .
However I do love the humor, surprise and squeamishness attached to the first reaction of people. What happens to you when you think about this?
