Jeon is an appetizer that looks like a pancake made from a mixture of flour, eggs, sliced meats, seafood and vegetables. Apart from being an appetizer, Jeon can also serve as a Banchan (small side dish), Anju (snack on drinking), Jesasang (ancestor worship) and Janchi (festival).
