 Composition:
Bones beef — 300 gr.
Potatoes — 2 PCs.
Onion — 1 PC.
Dumplings — 12 pieces
Canned tomatoes — 3 PCs.
Black pepper
Salt
Turmeric
Garlic — 2 cloves
Bay leaf
Coriander.
Greens

Method of preparation:

1. For 1.5-2 hours to boil the beef bones. After removing scum, add salt, black pepper, chopped onion and garlic, Bay leaf.



2. Then extract the bones and the Bay leaf, potato peel, finely chop and add to soup.



3. After 20 minutes, canned tomatoes peeled, finely chop and add to soup.



4. Then add dumplings, cook for another soup for 15 minutes, add turmeric and ground coriander. Serve sprinkled with chopped greens (dill, cilantro, parsley)
