To make this juicy burger you need:
160 g beef minced meat
Bun
feta cheese
I used Fitaki cheese
salted cucumber
Herb mayonnaise (recipe below)
ketchup
white wine vinegar
black pepper
red onions
white cabbage
sugar
salt
Making feta mix:
To make feta cheese mix you need 1 pack feta and 1 cabbage ( white one)
- Hake cabbage very fine (Don't hack whole cabbage)
- Mix cabbage with feta cheese
- Add some seasoning ( black pepper)
Pickled red onions:
Cut red onions (1-2)
Add some white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon salt
3 tablespoon sugar
Mix all together and let it sit 1-2h
Herb Mayonnaise:
5 eggs
4 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon salt
35ml white wine vinegar
1 clean garlic
add some basil
Blender all together and then start adding oil till its thick and not very runny
Now when you have finished all preparations you need to season and weight your beef it should be at least 160g
For flavouring add some black pepper and salt
(Cook it on gas grill to get the best tasting experience)
Cook beef 5 mins each side or if you see meat juice on one side its time to turn around beef and cook another side
Burger assembly
Put mayonnaise on buns then add your beef put half tablespoon ketchup on beef then add feta mix if you want you can add some cooked bacon then put salted cucumber and pickled red onions and its ready to eat!
