Frascati's

Authentic Italian old world with high class in food is a no. Unless you want tomato sauce, or soup as I watched the constituence changed as I ate it. It was served with hard bread ouch! and fish full of bones? Not acceptable. In addition only to have the waiter and owner stand by their food. This is a restaurant in Toronto by the delta Chelsea to avoid entirely on food safety and quality was disgusted on, not even receiving an apology when provoked with these concerns and their entire ignorance in this matter. Frascati's rate 0. A must never go to!!!!!
