BREAKFAST FOR TWO
Was Cooked native rice which is classified under the whole grain decorated with sliced carrots with sauce made with fresh tomatoes, fresh pepper and onion garnished with Fish.
A little of Vegetable (fondly called pumpkin leaf) as my fiber source.
Well!! I did have a sweet colourful breakfast and yeah it sure gave me the required ATP for the day's activity.
