It is sad that mozzarella can be found just in a very small city in Italy.. whose name is Aversa. Here very small companies produces this very delicate product that can only stay fresh for few hours so they produce it two times a day. All the mozzarella in the world is just fake, in fact it cannot be transported and cannot be stored in the fridge since it is so delicate. The only way to taste it is to come to Aversa (IT)
