This salad may not be an absolut eyecatcher, but we love this kind of dish and eat it so often, just in different variations. Onions and garlic, lots of koriander, fresh chili of course, green salad, maybe cucumber, tomato, green beans, celery and all spiced up with lemon juice, some fish sauce and a hint of salt. Thats the base and now we start with the variations. Roast prawn, roast or breaded chicken, tuna, fish or what ever - and at this time of the year of course mangos from our garden. This salad is super yummie, very healthy and also really good for weight control. After the winter season we still fight with some christmas weight - but with salad like this we slowly but surely get rid of them...and it doesnt feel like diet at all.
