Products:

12 large mushrooms mushrooms
350 g bacon
300 g of cream cheese
1 small onion
salt, black pepper and red pepper to taste
200 g of yellow cheese

Preparation:

Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry it until golden in a little grease, and then put it in a plate. In the same fat, smoke the chopped stalks of mushrooms and onions. Add some oil if necessary. When ready, you can add bacon and spices.

Finally, put the cream on the cheese. When all the ingredients are connected, you can fill the mushrooms. If desired, sprinkle with your favorite cheese, then cook the mushrooms until ready in a pre-heated oven 200 degrees.
