I would say the best substitute would be quorn meat beacause you can find many substitute foods like bacon , ham , chicken , cheese , mince , lasagne and lots of premise meals which you have to only heat up I've had many quorn meals and they tasted really good it was just like eating the real thing but vegan!! Try it out your self
