  • Vanilla (I put 3gttes of bourbon vanilla)
  • 4 eggs - 20gr of liquid honey
  • 150gr fine sugar - 20gr brown sugar
  • 180gr of fermenting flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 180g unsalted butter
  • zest of a lemon.

Preparation:

  • Melt the butter (lukewarm)
  • Beat the eggs with the honey, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla until a frothy mass.

  • Sift the flour and add it with the salt to the frothy mixture.

  • Mix gently.

  • Then pour the melted butter, the lemon zest and mix.

  • Let stand for 30 minutes.
  • Butter silicone molds (I took some paper molds).

  • Preheat the oven to 210 ° (no forced air).

  • Cook for 15 minutes.
