Chicken Roast Turkey

The process of roasting chickens turkeys.

  1. Braised first so that the meat is not hard
  2. Boiled again and mix with seasonings, consisting of:
  • thick coconut milk
  • Pecan
  • the pepper powder
  • citronella and bay leaf
  1. bake with coals of fire, and let the color of the meat is browned, then lift so that the meat is not destroyed.
