I am making this post as part of the 3 Healthy Meals Contest by @cryptokraze.
The first two are authentic breakfast dishes from Kerala.
None of these dishes use artificial flavoring substances or processed food or even sugar. These are prepared using only healthy and natural ingredients without compromising the taste.
1. Jaiva puttu with potato curry and bananas
The malayalam word Jaiva means Organic. The main dish here, the puttu has three parts. The green part of the puttu is shredded spinach (can also substitute with broccoli), the middle white part is dessicated coconut and chemba puttu powder(a balanced combination of powdered wheat and rice), the orange end of the puttu is shredded carrots. All the ingredients here are cooked using steam in a closed vessel(puttu maker) without using oil, which ensures the nutrients in the ingredients would not be lost as in the case of other cooking methods such as frying, roasting, grilling, sautéing etc.

Spinach is high in proteins, fibres, vitamins, thiamin and other nutrients and are low in fat and even lower in cholestrol.
Chemba puttu powder is rich in carbohydrates, protein and iron.
Bananas, a healthy and taste side dish for puttu, is a great source of potassium, vitamins, dietary fibre and cabohydrates.
2. Broccoli and Carrot Upma with Chicken curry/Bengal Gram curry
The Upma is the main dish here, which is made using naturally healthy ingredients such as broken wheat, broccoli, carrot, onions , ginger and green chillies.

Broccoli, one of the healthiest foods in the world, is a good source of dietary fibre, Vitamins, Omega 3 fatty acids, protein and also known to decrease the risk of breast cancer.
Broken wheat is a good source of vitamins, folate, manganese etc.
Carrots are rich in Vitamins and are great for your eyes.
Chicken curry as a side dish for non-vegetarians are a good source of proteins.
Bengal gram for vegans is a good source of iron, sodium, selenium and other nutrients.
3. Healthy Veggie Salad
Raw vegetables such as carrots, tomatoes, spring onions, cucumber sprinkled with a pinch of salt and few drops of lemon juice.

Cucumbers provide us with valuable antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits. These are also helpful in reducing risks of cancer.
Tomatoes are an excellent source of vitamins and molybdenum.
Spring onions are great for our bones, heart, eyes and our immune system

The 2 dishes from Kerala sound like they would be great to taste! My son, who is from the USA, volunteered in Kerala for 4 months teaching music and ate lots of great food there! He also learned some malayalam and how to write the whole alphabet. He loves to cook and brought spices back from India and has tried to recreate some dishes he ate there. Hat off to your son, @d-pend on learning to write the malayalam alphabets and some of the language... It's really heart-warming to know that :)..
