Orange Chicken

Todays Recipe is simple dish you can prepare at home in a rush, I been thinking latetly what dishes to share with you first and I think you will like this recipe.

Some tools/Ingredientes I used , will be at the bottom of the post

Orange Chicken | Servings: 4

Ingredients :

• 1 Chicken Breast , diced
• 1.5 Cups of Orange Juice
• 1 Tablespoon of Ketchup
• 1 Tablespoon of minced garlic
• 1 Tablespoon of minced ginger
• 1 Tablespoon of soy sauce
• 2 Tablespoons of brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
• 1 Cup of Flour
• Sesame seeds to garnish
• Spring onion leaves to garnish
• Salt and Pepper
• Vegetable oil

Steps :

• Flour your chicken then add salt and pepper

• Deep fry your chicken until golden then reserve

• In a pan add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil , then add ginger, garlic, ketchup and let them cook for 3 min.

• Once its cooked add Orange juice, sugar and bring to a boil , once its boiling add chicken , dissolve the cornstarch in a bit of water and then add it to the mix , turn the stove off and let it cool for 3 min.

• Garnish your dish with some sesame seeds and spring onions and its good to go!

That is it guys a delicious dish you can do at home in a rush, I prefer to use chicken breast since it cooks faster but you can use grounded chicken too, try this recipe at home I know you will like it.
