Egg Drop Sandwiches pt. 2

Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing a new egg drop store. BabeCotea is a new store that sells korean style egg drop sandwiches. Their sandwiches are cheaper yet smaller than Egg Snaps. What I love about their sandwiches is that they somehow overcook the egg to replicate somehow a crust-like exterior which I do love since it gives it a different texture. That additional crunch is a nice complement to the soft ham and cheese. Although this is great, I still prefer Egg Snap's Sandwiches since they are bigger, and their flavors are out of the box for me. Egg Snaps has more of that buttery flavor and their sauces have this intense flavor profile but it does not overshadow the bacon, eggs, buttery toast, and even other toppings such as teriyaki and avocado. BabeCotea also sells korean street toast so I'd like to taste more of their food soon.
