Lechon Belly Roll

Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing a smaller version of a lechon. I somehow prefer lechon belly rolls rather than the whole lechon because it's much more seasoned well because it's really easy to season it. The crispy exterior contrasting the really melt in your mouth meat is such a nice combination.
