Spanish Latte and Grilled Cheese

Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing Taza Coffee Company's Spanish Latte and Grilled Cheese. Both of these dishes are exquisite and I think this Latte trumps the lattes that I have tasted so far. It's milky but still has that earthy and nice bitter coffee kick to it. The Grilled Cheese is what really shines here (yes it's a grilled cheese because it's just a bunch of different types of cheese and no other additives) because of how perfectly toasted and melted the bread and the cheese is respectively. The nice addition of maple syrup and ketchup-mayo dip adds another layer of sweetness and sourness that balances the saltiness of the cheese and fries. I do love maple syrup with grilled cheese just because adding a layer of sweetness cuts off the fat and the saltiness of the cheese and elevates it to a more complex flavor profile.
