Chicken Cordon Bleu

Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing a popular dish. Chicken Cordon Bleu typically uses chicken breast fillet, but in this version, they utilized the whole chicken instead of just the breast. I think this really takes it to a whole another level. Utilizing the whole chicken means that you get to taste the different textures of chicken meat. I also love this version specifically because they seasoned the chicken nicely and the cheese did not overpower the spices from the chicken meat.
