Caramel Macchiato (Iced) and Caramel Cheesecake
Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing a popular dish from Taza Coffee Company. I really like how you pour the coffee into the milk itself because it adds a bit of flare and you get to measure how much coffee you would like. The infusion of caramel in the coffee was subtle but the sweet note shined through. For the cheesecake, I think it was fine but I would have like to taste the caramel infused in the cheesecake or somehow put it in a dulce de leche style and put big chunks of it in the cheesecake (like Bo's coffee).
