Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing a popular afternoon snack among Filipinos. This is somehow a Filipino version of a donut since it is fried dough then rolled in sugar. This twisted donut is deep-fried in coconut oil and coated with refined sugar which gives it its sweetness and somehow a crunchy texture which differentiates it from the soft and fluffy texture of the donut.
