Lechon

Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I decided to try out the local Lechon here. Lechon is a whole pork that is roasted on an open fire. It is really popular in the Philippines and is usually served during celebrations like birthdays and holidays. The salty and crispy skin along with the savoury meat goes well with sweet ground liver sauce (or Mang Tomas)
