低脂万用酱搭配【健康小料】
非常低脂低卡的酱料,完全可以代替沙拉酱,可以多做一点。用途很多,下面慢慢展开,你们有好的搭配也可以告诉我!
味道类似千岛酱但是比千岛酱多了辣味,更开胃,总之省钱好用了!多功能!
用料
稍稠一点的无糖酸奶 | 2勺 |

黄芥末(带颗粒) | 半勺 |
番茄酱 | 1勺 |
海鲜酱油 | 半勺 |
拉差辣酱(或tabasco辣酱) | 小半勺 |
酸黄瓜 | 一根 |
酸黄瓜腌渍的汁 | 2勺 |

做法很简单,我用自制酸奶,酸黄瓜切丁和上面材料混合即可,密封保存,想做多一点按照比例来就OK!
用法1:万用酱爆浆汉堡:万用酱➕切丝卷心生菜混合,配厚牛肉饼!多汁➕爆浆!太好吃!可怕可怕!
