The grilled cheese sandwich is a delight, when grilled right. You see, I'm not a great cook and for many years I have done nothing but burn them, and I mean black! But today I made not only one truly great grilled cheese, but I made two! Both of them were a nice golden brown and the cheese was dripping off of them. I even added a lengthwise cut and grilled hot dog to boot. They were lovely.
