Ingredients:
- chicken broth-1.5 liters.
- chicken-220 gr.
- chicken egg-3 PCs.
- cilantro (chopped) - 1/4 stack.
- parsley (chopped) - 1/4 stack.
- onion - 1 PC .
- carrots-1 PC .
- wheat flour - 1 tbsp
- vegetable oil - 5 tbsp
- salt-1 pinch
- Bay leaf - 1 PC.
- black pepper (ground) - 1 PC .
- mushrooms white-3 PCs .
Preparation:
- First you need to wash all the vegetables.
- Chop the carrots small crosses (if you played the work), or simple cubes.
- Finely chop the onion, mushrooms.
- Heat the pan over medium - high heat, add oil.
- Place the onion and fry until it becomes soft.
- Add ground black pepper and carrot.
- Then, add mushrooms, salt and a spoonful of flour.
- Mix well.
- Bring chicken broth to a boil and place the vegetables from the pan.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and add the greens.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and pour in the egg mixture.
- Fry on both sides.
- Cut the eggplant into strips.
- Separate chicken meat from bones and skin.
- Add to boiling broth a small Bay leaf, chicken and egg strips.
- Cook the soup for another 15 minutes.
