Ingredients:

Preparation:
- Grind the almonds in a food processor, add sugar and mix until smooth.

- Stir the seeds with sugar.
- Whisk the egg whites until foamy, gradually add sugar until the mixture reaches the consistency of meringue (not very dry), add almond mixture, stir quickly (the dough should be liquid).

- We set them aside for 30-40 minutes until they harden.
- Warm up the oven to 150 degrees and bake 8-10 minutes.
