Good evening, dear friends. today I want to offer you a wonderful and delicious recipe..

Ingredients:

  • stuffing a Turkey - 400 gr.
  • zucchini-1/2 PCs .
  • onion - 1 PC .
  • dill-to taste
  • salt-to taste
  • rice-70 gr.
  • hops-suneli-1 pinch
  • tomato-4 PCs .
  • sour cream-100 ml.
  • hard cheese-100 gr.

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  2. Scroll in the meat grinder zucchini, dill and onion.
  3. Combine with minced meat, add salt and spices.
  4. Boil rice for about 7 minutes after boiling, drain and rinse with cold water.
  5. Add to minced meat.
  6. Stir.
  7. Cut tomatoes into circles 0.5 cm
  8. Grate cheese on a grater.
  9. To form balls slightly bigger than a walnut, put in a heatproof dish for baking (pre-oiled), add about 100 ml water.
  10. Spread meatballs on top of tomato, top each with 1 tsp sour cream and sprinkle with cheese.
  11. Cover the form with foil.
  12. Bake in a preheated oven 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes on the grill in the middle, then increase the temperature to 200, remove the foil and put on the top shelf for 5-7 minutes to brown the cheese.
  13. To give the meatballs to cool slightly and serve.
