Smoothie rich in beta carotene to care for your skin
Follow these steps to prepare this simple but refreshing and antioxidant shake:
Ingredients:
- 3 carrots
- half cucumber
- 3 leaves of lettuce
- a pinch of buds of sunflower seeds
- 1 peach
- 1 cup of coconut water
- toppings: cut peach and goji berries
Preparation:
Wash the ingredients.
Peel the peach and shave it.
Peel the cucumber and carrots if you have not been able to wash them well with the brush.
Cut the cucumber into quarters and the carrots no longer than 5 cm.
Pour water into the blender and introduce the vegetables, except cucumber and peach.
Beat it for 3 seconds.
Add the rest of the ingredients and turn on the blender again for 5 seconds or until the lumps are removed if you want a finer texture.
