Ingredients and quantity
2 slices of wholemeal or multi-grain sandwich bread
1 vegetable burger
4 slices of avocado
1/2 cup of sauerkraut
2 tablespoons of tofu cream
2 tablespoons of sunflower seed butter
2 slices of gherkins
some slices of lettuce
Preparation
- Butter the two slices of bread with the butter;
- Lay down some slices of lettuce;
- Arrange the avocado slices and the vegetable burger;
- Lay down some slices of lettuce;
- Arrange the sauerkraut and the gherkins on the surface of the burger;
- Complete with tofu and smoked paprika cream;
- Place the first slice of bread on the second and press to even out the filling.
