What distinguishes this rujak with other rujak2 is Rujak Aceh in general has its specialty that lies in its sour taste, sweet and spicy. The materials used are relatively the same as the production of rujak in general, consisting of mango, bengkuang, and pineapple, but the spices are used, has its own characteristics such as salt, raw chilli, tamarind, palm sugar (red) liquid, and peanut.
For those of you who want to make your own following recipe pembuatanya:
Material :
- 1 piece of yam
- 1 pineapple
- 1 piece of young mango
Seasoning ingredient : - 150 grams of peanut fried peanuts
- 2 pieces of red pepper
- 1 teaspoon fried shrimp paste
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 100 grams of brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of tamarind water (from 1 teaspoon tamarind and 3 tablespoons of water)
- 1 pineapple, 1 mango, 1 piece of yam cut to the taste
How to make :
- Ulek the average red pepper, terasi, salt, brown sugar, and water tamarind. Enter the beans. Screw average. Add pineapple. Ulek do not get too crushed.
- Serve the fruit with sauce and complement.
