1 large zucchini
300 g feta cheese
½ chili peppers
50 g of pine nuts
4-5 feathers of green onion
2-3 tbsp. l. sour cream
ground pepper to taste
Feta cheese is laid in a bowl and mash with a fork. Put the cedar nuts into the blender and grind them a bit. Pepper chili thinly cut, chop the green onions. Add to the cheese nuts, onions, chili and sour cream, stir until homogeneous.
Cut the zucchini into thin plates. Lay out on each stuffing from cheese and gently fold into rolls. Ready to snack pepper to taste, or season with your favorite spices.
