  1. Materials
  • 6 glasses of soy milk

  • Sugar 1-2 tablespoons

  • 5 teaspoons of gelatin powder

  • ½ cup warm water

  • Sugar: 200g brown sugar, 4 slices ginger, 1 cup water

  1. Processing

Heat soy milk in a large saucepan over medium heat. Do not boil milk as it may burn.

Dissolve the gelatin in warm water, stirring until the mixture thickens and the gelatin dissolves completely.

Pour the gelatin mixture into warm soymilk, place in a large tray. Leave the refrigerator for at least 1 night.

Prepare syrup by boiling brown sugar, ginger and water until they are completely dissolved and matched. Let cool.

When ready to eat, take a small bowl and pour it over. Can be decorated with peanuts if you like.
