7 FOODS THAT LOOK LIKE BODY PARTS THEY ARE GOOD FOR.

One of the biggest debates of our age is whether life is random or was designed. With big players like scientists, Darwin, Hawkings, and religious leaders, the likes of Joel Osteen and T.D Jakes all chiming in, the debate is hot. However, these perfectly designed foods might change your mind. Were they random or designed? Here are seven foods that resemble the body parts they are good for.

  1. Walnut - For the Brain
    Walnut have alot of Omega-3 acid which helps the brain to function properly. The walnut can be said to be a loose replica of the brain and even has left and right hemisphere to them.
    2.Tomato - For the heart.
    Tomatoes have high level of lycopene which helps to reduce blood clots and other heart and blood related problems. Studies show that people who eat tomatoes have reduced risk of heart disease. The vegetable's resemblance to the heart is its multiple chambers which are akin to the chambers in the heart and the red juices resemble blood complete with the blood cell (seeds😁)
  2. Avocado - For the Uterus.
    One for the ladies. Avocado is rich in a whole lot of nutrients including folic acids which reduce risk of cervical dysplasia. Avocado has the same bulbous shape as the uterus and the seed (baby 😁) inside. It also has added beauty benefits when applied to the face.
  3. Clams - For the testicles.
    One for the guys. Studies have found clams to to have sufficient folic acid and zinc which combination increases semen quality and quantity. Clams have the same distinct shape and wrinkles of the testicles.
  4. Carrots - For the eyes.
    Mom always used to feed us raw carrots every chance she got so that we "don't go blind and keep our sight sharp." Apparently, she was onto something. Carrots have a bunch of vitamins like beta-carotene that help with sight. Inside, the carrot looks like an eye, with pupil and iris and even the same pattern and obviously its round shape.
  5. Celery - For Bones
    The long stalks of the celery resemble those of bones. The vegetble is rich in silicon which helps strengthen bones.
  6. Red Wine - For blood.
    We saved the best for last. Always take a glass of red wine. Its a worn modern adage but has never been truer. Red wine has many antioxidants that actually really do help reduce the risk of heart attack and help in thinning blood and reducing blood clots. Needless to say its similarity to blood is the liquid form and red colour. So drink up ye vampires!
    So with those seven foods, take time out and eat them for healthier lifestyle and also take time to meditate upon the hand that crafted them (whether God or "the Universe" or that beautiful Italian that made red wine 😉)
