On my way home from work, hunger strikes in. While driving, I cant stop thinking of what food to cook. The Filipino in me decided to cook something what we usually eat in the morning. As they say, breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
Utan bisaya - a vegetable dish comprising of onions, taro roots, sayote, yellow squash, malunggay and spinach leaves. IMG20180114092650.jpg
Fried danggit - sun dried fish fried in used oil
Skinless longganisa - cured sweet and spicy sausage made of ground pork and spices
Eggs - free range chicken eggs are the best!

Mais - corn grounded and cooked like normal rice.
I have spent less than 100 pesos or around 2 dollars for this meal to feed a family of four.
Tara, lets eat!
