My lunch———Chinese food I cooked|我的午餐———自做的中国菜

Hello everyone,
Today I would like to share my lunch ——some Chinese food that I cooked all by myself . I hope you enjoy it.

The first one is called "Juanjian", it is made of eggs and meat.The golden surface layer is made of eggs and starch, and the inner layer is made of meat.
Firstly, I chopped the meat into minced meat. Then, I put it into the eggs which is mixed with starch . After that, I shaped it into a cylindrical thing and cooked it. In the end, I sliced it and put it in a dish with some spring onion.

The second one is called Shaigao， which is made of yam and starch. Firstly i mixed the yam with starch, and made it into a cuboid. Then I cooked it and sliced it into many small cuboid .

The third one is ribs. It is easy to be made. I just cut the ribs into small pieces and cooked them. Some pepper was used to make it better.

The last one is made of eggs and green peppers. Firstly, I fired the oil really hot ,and then put green peppers into the pan. After that , I put the egg liquid into the pan and mixed it with green peppers very quickly.
