in food •  6 years ago

Components:

•Baking cube Kasia Ekstra Maślany Smak 1 pack
•flour 430 g
•baking powder 2 teaspoons
•powdered sugar 1.5 glasses
•Oil 100 ml
•eggs 5 items
•creamy pudding 2 pack
•raspberries 400 g
•salt 1 pinch

Preparation:

  1. Separate the yolks from the proteins. Pour the flour, baking powder, 1/2 cup of powdered sugar, egg yolks and a pinch of salt into the bowl. Add
Kasia and mix lightly with a mixer.

  2. Put the mixture onto the flour-strewn table and knead a smooth dough. Divide into two parts in a 2: 3 ratio. Wrap in foil and
put in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.

  3. After this time, roll out the most part of the dough and cover it with baking paper, 24x24
cm. Put in a pre-heated oven and bake about 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Leave to cool.

  4. Whisk egg whites with rigid foam together with powdered sugar. While mixing, pour the pudding first, then pour thin
    oil trap.

  5. Arrange the resulting foam on the underside, level up. Fill the fruit on the foam.

  6. On the top, grind the remaining dough on the large mesh grater. Put the cake in the oven, preheated to the temperature
    180 ° C and bake about 30 minutes.
