Thumbprint cookies are delicious gluten-free treats for your health-conscious family. Kat Lindsay demonstrates this recipe in “Kat's Kitchen”—a recurring segment of the Wild Family TV show on YouTube.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 C almond flour
- 1/2 C arrow root starch
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 C coconut oil
- 1/3 C maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 C jam or jelly
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Add in liquid ingredients and stir.
- Roll doughballs and place on parchment paper.
- Place your thumbprint onto each doughball.
- Add your jam or jelly into the well.
- Bake for 13 minutes.

My name is Kat Lindsay (see http://www.wildfamily.tv/kat), co-creator of the Wild Family film and Wild Family TV show. My main area of Work revolves around being of service for other mothers. I'm a mother of three, a trained doula, and a certified holistic health coach, trained first-hand by Deepak Chopra, David Wolfe, Sally Fallon, Andrew Weil, John Douillard at Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC.
