Material :
+9 bh pisok kepok ripe, peeled, puree with fork
+2 tbsp granulated sugar
+1 eggs, shake
- vanilli powder
+6 tablespoons flour - raisins (optional, kmrn any left to make apple pie)
Coating material:
+2 tbsp of flour
+2 egg whites + salt, shake
- bread flour
How to make :
- mix all ingredients until blended
- steam 30 minutes, basting a greased tin to keep it sticky
- chill
- cut "(knife rub a little oil to keep it sticky)
🌤 sprinkle flour, put it into egg white then coat it with bread - store in refrigerator 10 minutes
- fry until done
