chicken recipes tandoori

Ingredients

  1. 1 full chicken cut into 8 pieces
  2. 3 Tbls of tandoori masala
  3. 1tsp salt
  4. 2 Tbls crushed garlic
  5. 2 Tbls crushed cumin seeds
  6. 2 Tbls crushed coriander seeds
  7. 5 Tbls of maas

Mix all ingredients together overnight .Grill on an open charcoal flame.

Allow to cook for 4-5 minutes on both sides remove from the flame.

After 5 minute good for another 4-5 minutes and the chicken will be done
