There's lots of different types of biscuits, cookies and tea goodies. Normally we just go for the basic ones. One of my favorite different tea goodies are fruit biscuits. They are yummy, simple and different. Now and then we crave for something different. I will be sharing the easy yet tasty recipe below:
Ingredients:
- 150g butter
- 160nml castor sugar
- 500g flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 50ml cherries
- 50ml walnuts
- 50ml dates
Roll long and wax wrap. Refrigerate for an hour. Cut and place on tray. Bake and enjoy!
